Hi Kerry, accidents & incidents is still in beta as is the medical section - we’re collecting feedback to improve both sections. You will then be able to see both sections appear within timeline once we release V1.1.

Also I wanted to say , we use an accident report that is described as best practice......don't know if you want to look at it....it has a checklist, on do they wear glasses did they have them on, walking aids, what they were wearing on their feet.....etc......this is one of those best practice things......
We had to change to this format because they were wanting much more information as you can see......Would it be possible for us to tailor make our accident form.

Cameron Graham: one more thing on this accident and reporting...the Care Inspectorate required for a manager to comment and sign the document....or in this case be able to at least add managers comments on each accident and incident.

Kerry Baird: Hi Kerry, thank you for this. We are planning on adding a 'management comment' section once the accident/incident has been logged. This would flag up in the management dash until it has been competed.
