This feature is now live. Once you remove a service user they will automatically be moved into a default 'inactive' group. You can also now view or even 'reactivate' a resident's profile back into its previous state if required.

Could we possibly add a group "Inactive" and have these service users archived somewhere in StoriiCare. We would like to use this feature instead of deleting clients who are not attending our program anymore.

Hi Miriam - thank you for the request! We'll look to have this included as part of the Groups feature, what do you think the Group should be called? Previous Service Users/Archived Service Users/Past Service Users?

I’d call it ‘archived residents’ is what I’ve always been used to with other programmes. ‘Previous’ would work though
