When using bullet points within rich text fields in support plans, any text which wraps into a new line forces the whole text string to fall out of line with the bullet points, making these quite hard to read.

To replicate: Make a rich text support plan section, add some bullet points of varied text lengths, save the plan, resize window (to force text wrapping) or export to PDF to see bug occur.
