Hi,

English is a second language for several families and caregivers of clients at our center. I feel that a bilingual feature would be more inclusive for this subset of people. Are there any plans in the future to include a feature enabling individuals to toggle between languages?

Hi Jill! Translation is something that we are looking in to as a platform feature. It really depends on what you would like to show to an individual - would this be an assessment PDF, care paln or something else? There is a workaround that you can use right now however. If you access StoriiCare on a laptop or desktop computer, you can use Google's Autotranslate plugin on Chrome. You can install it via this link https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-translate/aapbdbdomjkkjkaonfhkkikfgjllcleb?hl=en

This will enable you to translate a page live. Please note the translations may not be 100% accurate and they are reliant on Google's services.
