Feature Requests

The ability to track which staff members view specific features/information within client files. So an audit trail across all client profile sections (Care Plans, Visit Notes, etc). Reason: Staff accountability - managers currently have no way to verify whether staff have actually reviewed client files.

Currently when a staff is made inactive , if they have been already scheduled/invited to an activity on the calendar they remain there and we aren't able to remove them, unless we make them active again and manually remove them form all calendar activities. It would be so helpful once inactive they would be automatically uninvited/removed from the calendar.

It would be great to have a comments function on a staff notice as in a lot of cases you just want to quickly provide an update on something without having to write a new notice.

Management wants to be notified by email as soon as tasks (e.g., cleaning rooms, serving meals) become overdue, since they’re not always logged into the app.

Right now, you must mark someone as absent on the Register every day but if they are going to be away for a week, I want the ability to extend the absence for as long as they will be away. There are 'from' and 'to' date boxes on the screen when you mark as absent but it does not allow you to enter a future date.

It would be helpful for them to know the average attendance throughout the month for all participants and specific ones, too.

Ability to show some fields in the face sheet into the Care Plan. Similar to what we can do in Forms using Linked Properties

"Has X form been submitted for X participant(s) within X time period"

Ability to archive Activities with option to hide activity in activity calendar filter ‘Activity type’
