Feature Requests

Certain Centers use groups a lot, and some participants might be assigned to many groups. It would be nice if Centres can control which groups (for which the participant is assigned to) can be seen by staff according to their permission level.

Staff will probably use both StoriiCare and HomeCare Apps because some features like this one aren't available in the HomeCare App.

A few key improvements needed for this feature: Messages frequently do not send and need to be retyped back out. This duplicates work flows and is not very user friendly. The messaging portal often needs to be "refreshed" to load new messages and does not update in real time If you already have a thread created with someone and forget or are unable to find it and create a new message, it does not locate the previous one created, but creates a second thread with them and you are unable to delete it

Measurements/Vital Signs (Ability to choose which vital signs are shared), care plan, face sheet, schedule, etc.

We would like the caregivers to utilize the playlists when the participant is getting anxious, angry...Music is a valuable tool

It would be helpful if there was an option to automatically sign out all participates logged into the register at a set time each day (i.e. after close). This would prevent a missed or failed sign out from creating a log that continues overnight or for several days depending on the situation. It would also prevent inaccurate log entries caused by a participant accidentally signing out of a previous log entry that was left open when they intended to sign in on their next service date, which can result in multiple inaccurate log entries. Another solution could be the option to set a daily maximum amount of time for log entries.
