Ideally, weekly invoice issue dates would fall on Mondays, with due dates automatically set to the Friday of the same week (e.g., invoice date March 16, 2026 → due date March 20, 2026) without needing to manually adjust each invoice in the preview. This would likely require an offset of 4 days between the invoice date and due date.

PDF version for the forms created in your form builder. Some seniors cannot manage a computer and need a PDF option to fill out and if we create the form through StoriiCare we cannot print it out in a workable form.

I wanted to check something regarding the incident and accident alerts on Storiicare. We normally receive an automated email notification when an incident or accident is recorded, which is a very helpful feature. I was wondering if it would be possible for the service user’s name to also be included in the email alert. This would help us quickly identify who the alert is referring to without needing to log in to check.
