Management wants to be notified by email as soon as tasks (e.g., cleaning rooms, serving meals) become overdue, since they’re not always logged into the app.

It would help to keep things organized if we had the ability to click and drag, or move documents in the document section

Client would like to have signature boxes in the care plan itself, ideally where you could enter your saved signature from the staff profile

This created more complications and extended the ammount of time it takes to add new medications. Please remove this uneccesary update.

Ability to show some fields in the face sheet into the Care Plan. Similar to what we can do in Forms using Linked Properties

The Monthly Attendance/Absence report would be more beneficial with the accountability of participants that attendended the center for the period selected. Also, tags would be really helpful to also be columns for accountability per participant

Warning stating 'You just submitted this form for the same client within the last X hours. Are you sure you want to proceed?'

It would be really helpful if family members could download photos and videos shared through the Storii Family Portal/App directly to their devices. Currently, families can view photos and videos uploaded by care staff, and audio can already be exported — so it would be great to see the same functionality extended to photos and videos. Families often want to save these meaningful moments — whether it's a photo from an activity or a video of their loved one enjoying their day — to keep, share with other relatives, or preserve as memories. Being able to download media would make the family portal even more valuable and would go a long way in strengthening that connection between families and their loved ones in care.

When selecting a date range for an export, the calendar pop-up shifts position as you click through different months, so you end up moving your mouse around a bit to keep up with it. For multi-month reports, this adds up! It would also be handy to have the option to type a date directly into the field, rather than always navigating through the calendar pop-up. What we'd love to see: Keep the calendar in a fixed position — So it stays put as you browse through months. Allow typed date input — A simple option to type the date directly into the field for faster selection. This would make pulling multi-month reports a much smoother experience!
