Feature Requests

Instead of seeing default fields and having to add our own custom fields each time we add a new contact, it would be great if we could decide the template that appears.

Please enable agencies to clean-up the "custom fields" and the "Category" in "Contacts". Also, prevent "duplication" of fields. People accidentally created unnecessary, erroneous, and/or duplication of fields (i.e., "Home Number") and we are unable to clean them up and/or they accidentally are continuously used, which then requires data clean-up.
