Being able to enter Yes/No using Vital Signs

Since vitals is being used more and more to record things like food intake hospital visits etc, can we add an input type called yes/no. At the moment if we use numbers there is the risk that a number greater than 1 is used which might be confusing.

[Vital Signs] Add the option to hide Vital Signs Chart

Add a toggle to hide the chart so it is easier to focus and view the entries
