"We currently have a search within the form entries view, but the ability to filter by specific client or client group without typing would be helpful"

Add a “Refresh Linked Properties” option when editing form entries so fields automatically update with the latest info from the member’s facesheet, instead of staying outdated when profile data changes.

It would helpful for us if when sending an external form the recipient gets a copy of the form they completed. This would prevent us from having to download the form and send it through email or a message in the portal.

Can we link staff to a form in the same way that we do with customers eg for use with a supervision document to be saved directly to a staff members file. "show staff selector" "staff required"

I'd like to see the ability to click multiple different items within a drop down menu without it closing. Just to make it more efficient.

This new functionality would allow a participant profile creation from a form submitted.

Just like it is already possible with the Face Sheet, Vital Signs, and Medications

Allow interested families to fill out our admission packet online and generate a profile based on the information provided to cut down on data entry.

We would like to request an enhancement to the current system to allow the submission date to be overridden with the encounter date. This change is necessary to improve the accuracy and relevance of our records.
