Feature Requests

We would like to have section titles within forms, and make them collapsable (To be able to open and close in order to do less scrolling while filling in a form).

Currently completed forms can be difficult to read as field headings and the associated relevant content is all formatted the same, and we can not bold the field heading to separate these from the following text. This is fairly minor but does make some forms hard to read. If we could set formatting for the field title and the content separately, completed forms would look much more professional.

Currently, we have different nurses taking care of the same group of clients. We have to complete a quarterly assessment form every 90 days. Although it is possible to duplicate a form entry and edit it, we can't reset the signatures. Resetting signatures within the duplicate form entries would save us a lot of time.

Allow interested families to fill out our admission packet online and generate a profile based on the information provided to cut down on data entry.

This new functionality would allow a participant profile creation from a form submitted.

Currently, you must click on each box to add text. It would save a bit of time and be more convenient l if you could tab to the next box.

Just like it is already possible with the Face Sheet, Vital Signs, and Medications
