It would be great if the prescribed fixed quantity would be deducted automatically at administration rather than selected each time.

We currently meal track using the calendar activity log, which reports the activity to the family portal, so families can see that their loved one is eating while attending. Can the meal tracker also log those activities to the family portal?

Bathroom sheet: Exactly how you have the meal set up add one for the Bathroom so we can log each member when they use the restroom.

Additional filter options across report exports — including insurance, diagnosis, gender, and race — beyond the current name and Group filters. E.g: An insurance filter would remove the need to manually create a Group per insurance type. This should apply across Face Sheet, Billing, and other exports, support both active and inactive participants, and allow combining multiple filters at once.

Ability to view and print a Face Sheet as it existed on a specific historical date, rather than only the current live view. Useful to track changes across demographics. Additionally, participants with multiple admission/discharge cycles may have had different addresses, insurance, or other data at a prior admission, and showing current data in that context is inaccurate for audit purposes.

We need the ability to export notes when D/cing a client to add to physical folders.

It would be really helpful to be able to send community announcements to a specific group of participants and their connections rather than to everyone at once. F or example, if you want to send a weekly update or schedule reminder to just one group, it would be great to have a group filter when creating an announcement. This would make communication so much more targeted and relevant for families!

Requesting the ability to schedule medication administration using standard frequency patterns (QD, BID, TID) directly in the eMAR, rather than manually setting individual time intervals each time. Also requesting custom tags for standard administration frequencies (QD, BID, TID). These would be especially helpful for centers relying on printed MARs.

In AR Detailed Report: Add a date range or billed period that the selected invoice covers. The user should be able to see what is the coverage of the invoice not just the due date.
