We added custom categories, but they're at the bottom. I want them to appear at the top where they are clearly visible or have the option to remove categories we don't use.

Ability to set default Note template

The note templates are great, but they must be loaded each time. Could there be an option to set a specific template as the default so that it automatically loads when a staff member clicks on Progress Notes?

Billing - See more details for a payment with a "Processing" status

Some of our payments say "Processing" for a long time. It would be helpful to see the date a payment was initiated so we know how long the bank has been processing it for.

We use this CRM and would love an integration to avoid double-work.

Calendar Export - PNG or JPG

We like to include an image of the Calendar in our email newsletter. We've tried taking screenshots, but the resolution isn't great.
