Add a search bar to quickly locate leads (currently no search available). Port all inputted CRM data (currently only notes and first name are transferred, causing duplicate work). Introduce reminders for missed follow-ups. Make email addresses clickable (like phone numbers) to open Outlook or the default mail app.

Ability to select multiple groups at once
It would be great to be able to select multiple groups at once. An example is under invoices, I'd love to be able to select all groups and inactive clients. Or an alternative could be if "all groups" included inactive clients.

Automatically Delete Tasks for De-activated Residents
Please enable the tasks to automatically be deleted (or stopped) when a resident is de-activated. Currently we are learning that we have to go back to manually delete them. Thank you!

It would be great to have a comments function on a staff notice as in a lot of cases you just want to quickly provide an update on something without having to write a new notice.

Instead of seeing default fields and having to add our own custom fields each time we add a new contact, it would be great if we could decide the template that appears.
