Feature Requests

Currently, client profiles can only be opened one at a time. To view another client, you have to return to the "Clients" tab, which often resets to the top of the list. This makes updating multiple profiles more time-consuming than necessary.

Increasing font size for activities and locations of activities in the digital signage in crucial as currently the font size is too small for elderly residents to read. Moreover it would also be a good to have the ability to change the background colours.

Right now, the CRM only accepts military (24-hour) time format.

The current SBP and DBP metric presentation is very uncommon, or unconventional to the medical world. May i suggest for us to display in a format which is more conventional thus easy reading for eg. 120/80 188/92

Some feedback and suggestions from our team so far from using Messages: More up to date notifications for new messages/read messages so don't have to refresh page regularly when expecting messages. Subject line or conversation titles: the conversations list is quite unclear if you have a number of message threads with the same people in them. You can't tell at a glance which messages are what. Setting a group title like in Whatsapp would be really helpful. Don't want it to simply be an alternative to email It can be easy to send a new message to the wrong group partly for this reason. When you start a new conversation and click create, it doesn't take you to that new empty thread automatically if you were previously viewing another message. So you could easily send your message to the wrong group. Option to delete a thread and individual message in a thread. I guess it would have to be possible to delete a thread from your own view of messages rather than deleting it for all, but if you delete one of your own messages in the thread it would be helpful if it works like Whatsapp where it deletes for everyone but warns that someone may have seen/read it already. Hope that makes sense. Would be happy to discuss these and maybe could have a video discussion with some others (same for other feature developments)? Thanks!

Right now it is only possible to add dates as DD/MM/YYYY rather than choosing MM/DD/YYYY
