The ability to download support plans through the app is a nice touch in theory, however, we specifically don't want people being able to download this confidential data onto their devices as it is a significant data protection risk. We use permissions to restrict which roles have access to exports and documents currently. Instead, if the link to download the support plan instead took the user into that persons support plan, that would be better for us, otherwise we would need to use it through the normal app.
