Enable notes section after deactivation

Iit would be nice to still be able to make notes if someone is deactivated. Right now I have to reactivate someone, make a note, then deactivate them again. It’s not a huge issue, but I do think that staff would be more likely to make notes if there wasn’t a multi step process for that. We do have many families that reenroll at some point & maintain regular contact with us.

Tulio Silva Thank you for the follow-up! It's kind of cumbersome to have to reactivate, then deactivate anytime we need to make new notes. We have some families that still have billing notes that need to be added & some that have notes that need to be made during extended leaves prior to returning, etc.
