Ability to update a Staff member's assigned participants via groups.

The ability to provide access for Staff members based on Client groups, instead of individual clients. So that if I make a change on Client Groups, the Staff permissions are automatically updated as well. The Staff permissions I'm referring to are: Center Settings->Staff Roles->Assign Participants to Staff.
Example:
If we set Staff Group A to access "Client Group 1", and we set Staff Group B to access only "Client Group 2", if we move Client John from "Client Group 1" to "Client Group 2", Staff permissions would be updated automatically both for group A and B. In this example. Staff Group A would lose permission to access Client John, and Staff Group B would be granted access to Client John.
