Currently, the system only generates a PDF or CSV if some or all results are manually selected or if just a few results are listed.

However, this isn’t intuitive — if the 'load more' option shows and someone clicks an export option without selecting any results, it is highly likely that the loading wheel will spin indefinitely.

Instead, the system should display a clear message such as:

“Please select the results you’d like to export.”

It would also be helpful to clarify that only loaded results (those currently visible in the list) are included in the export.
