We would love a way to track our volunteers (# volunteers & hrs) without them having to make an account. Also, it would be great to add tags or the ability to save names of visitors who attend multiple times

Yes. We made a general 'volunteer account' so volunteers could review social history and sign in through the visitors section. However, when you run the attendance it shows each entry separately. It would be wonderful if it could group all entries for a volunteer by their name somehow like participant's attendance (still listing individuals dates hours but a volunteers total attendance together). Maybe tags would be a way to do it...

On behalf of Sharen: We would like to have these questions added to the daily sign in process - Is your temperature 37.5 degrees or above? (yes/no); Do you or any of your close contacts feel unwell with any flu-like symptoms? (yes/no); Have you or any of your close contacts had known contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19? (yes/no); If the answer is yes to any of those questions the person could not enter the facility
