It would be great to have the ability to mark a participant absent for a future date ahead of time, while keeping their existing schedule entry in place. Being able to pre-select the absence reason tag when scheduling it would mean logs and reports show up accurate right away, without staff needing to remember to update the Register on the actual day. This would be a nice time-saver for teams planning around known absences, like appointments or planned time off.
