Assessments - Include in timeline who it was completed for

We have noticed when doing assessments it puts on the timeline that an assessment was completed but it does not state who it was for, for example if staff needed to know of a change in someones falls risk they see one was done but they do not see who it was for. Which means the person completing the assessment then has to go to the general notes and state who it was for.
