The weekly roundup email needs better formatting. 1 - There should be top heading/caption that says something like: Here's what happened over the last week for "name of patient". This way the recipient would know immediately who it is regarding. 2 - Instead of "A recorded activity was update with ..." it would be better to list a date and the activity. 3 - allow some branding such as a company logo. 4 - allow the email that it comes from to be customized (so recipients recognize it). 5 - provide a text link to go to Storii and see participation. These features would help recipients recognize that it's coming from their family members care facility while making more sense/improving ease of viewing.
