Hi, just wanted to add something to this as it has come up again through audit, and this has been marked Planned for some time.

The 'updated by' timestamp on support plans can be misleading if a plan has been reviewed and there were no changes. Even if we use the Update Notes section to state the plans have been reviewed, the timestamp on the plan itself still looks as though plans are very out of date in some cases.

Alongside any planned work on having a review process within StoriiCare itself (the Task review is not sufficient), we would love to see a modification to that timestamp text relating to this.

For example, after completing a storiicare review, this text would change to 'Reviewed by [NAME] on [DATE]' even if there have been no changes.

This could even be activated through the options cog on the individual plan, where we have 'Mark as Historical', there could be 'Mark as Reviewed' which triggers the timestamp/text change and gives us a simple text field to comment on the review of that plan.

We really do need something better to evidence reviews within this platform, as inspectors are a bit nervous about the date mismatch between the 'Updated By' stamp on the plan, and the dates on our own review documents which we have to do outside of StoriiCare.
