A dedicated module for center-wide forms that are not tied to individual participants — such as Fire Drill Logs, Abuse Logs, and other compliance documentation that needs to be completed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly).

Currently, all forms in StoriiCare are participant-facing. This would introduce a separate category of forms applied at the center level, with the ability to set recurring schedules and track completion for compliance and audit purposes.
