I would like to ask the MMSE score in the nursing assessments (located in forms) NOT score the score at the section it does. When I have my participants use the ipad and the stilus to draw the images and write the sentence within that form, they are able to see the MMSE score and the label associated with it, such as mild, moderate or severe. This can really be concerning to some. Ideally we could move it to the very bottom, just above the submit, or back up at the top.
