Create a monthly form for all active members

To eliminate the amount of time it takes staff to manually create a new monthly form for each member, which can take hours with 112 clients, we would like an option to create a monthly form for all active members on roster at one time. This would be VERY helpful and make the platform more fluent for staff and less time consuming.

- What process are you currently doing for each participant on a monthly basis that could be done for everybody?
- If this is a form, can you share which form have you been applying so we can have a look?
