Can we make it to where
- when we select a participants days on their profile that they automatically show up on the "schedule" feature
- participants are removed from the "schedule" feature when they are placed in the "discharged" group
- participants are added or removed from the "schedule" feature based on their being added or removed from the "inactive" group?

It would be helpful and efficient if face sheet fields were linked to groups. For example, if Media Consent is "no", the participant is automatically added to a "No Media" group.

Thank you for sharing your feedback — we really appreciate you taking the time to outline these requests. Here’s an update on each item:
Linked Property Field:
We do have plans to introduce a Linked Property field on the facesheet, which will sync information directly with the schedule.
Participant Deactivation:
This functionality already occurs when a participant is deactivated. I’ll also pass along your suggestion about expanding group-related actions to trigger updates in StoriiCare.
Schedule Removal on Deactivation:
Yes, that’s correct — deactivating a participant will automatically remove them from the schedule.
While I don’t have specific release dates yet, we’ll keep you updated as these enhancements move forward.
