It would be really helpful to be able to create direct links to specific sections.

For example, a staff member could click a link and be taken straight to:

. A specific care plan

. A risk assessment

. Outcomes or support plans

. Any individual section within a profile

After signing in, they would be redirected directly to that exact page, rather than having to navigate through multiple menus.
