Currently the eMAR task view shows all of a Service User's medications for the day at once. The request is for the system to display medications on a time-gated basis, so a dose is not visible until its administration window opens. This would reduce the risk of selecting or administering the wrong medication at the wrong time, cuts cognitive load so it is immediately clear what is due right now, and removes clutter from the task view without staff having to do anything. Setting an administration window, for example 60 minutes, would let staff prepare in advance.
