We wouldn't want people to need to fill out an entry for support, mark off the tasks scheduled within it, and then still need to go and record a Progress Note so we have a clear record of care delivery. I think if the features within Progress Notes were embedded within the 'Homecare' entry (where the 'comment' text field is) and the two were linked this would be even better. This would mean staff delivering support still have access to the tags and flagging within Progress Notes, and ideally the note is recorded in Progress Notes on submission of the 'Homecare' entry. That way we still have the benefits of flagging, tags, searching, exporting etc within the Notes module, but staff can work entirely out of a (renamed) 'Homecare' entry which now acts as a hub for Tasks and Progress Notes.
