Enable viewing of attendance records in the Register log, even after someone is deactivated in the system.

We noticed the other day that once we deactivate someone in StoriiCare, their attendance record no longer shows up in the Register Log. Right now that means that once I deactivate a Trial Visitor they disappear from the report section where I pull attendance logs for billing purposes. That’s a concern, but less of a concern than the fact that this also means that anyone else we deactivate will also cause this same issue. In the current state, we would never be able to pull audit reports from the system for participant records, which defeats the purpose of trying to go paperless.
Example: We deactivate 10 people on average each month. They all disappear from the historical Register Log. By the end of the year I will have deactivated around 100-120 people. None of them would show in the January Register log, even though they may have been in attendance. I would have no log-in report to show auditors to match against any billing that was generated in that month.
StoriiCare recommended that I reactivate anyone that needs to show up on historical reports in the Register Log. That would eventually mean that potentially hundreds of participants would need reactivation to generate accurate reports.

I did not realize this and it is a major concern. I vote that this be changed as well.

I have the same situation. We deactivate members every month and when I try to pull out a report of all the people we served on a monthly base, quarterly, every six month and per year, the numbers are not accurate because of all the people that are not active anymore.
