We propose to separate the Service Plan level feature from the billing module. Specifically, we would like the capability to grant permission to any user, as part of their permission and role settings, to edit the service plan within the Client Profile facesheet.

Current Limitation:

Currently, the edit icon for the service plan is restricted to users who have full access, which includes the billing module. This limitation requires users to have billing capabilities in order to edit the service plan, which is not always necessary or appropriate for their roles.

Proposed Solution:

We request the ability to assign permissions to edit the service plan independently of the billing module. This change would allow us to grant service plan editing rights to users without giving them access to other billing features.
