With regards to PROGRESS NOTES, and other forms which are EDITED, would it be possible that it will NOT be going back to the upper part so that there would be no confusion on the chronological arrangement of forms or progress notes submitted, same with the posted NOTICE in staff's noticeboard, once you edit it will go to the upper part or lates entry,

Progress Notes can now be sorted by:
Creation Date
Last Edited Date
Manual Note Date (the date entered directly on the note)
