We want to be able to generate custom sections, to be able to ‘group’ their different fields in the template. Ideally, in the future, this could have Staff custom permissions for each group as well.

Context: Right now we have 2 ‘groups’ Face Sheet & Admin Summary, and the permissions for those 2 different 'groups' are tied to the Staff user’s permission level.

We want to be able to create additional fields, and additional grouping. The search bar would be the one at the top, being only 1 search bar for all groups, for ease of use.
