Currently, the only way families can message us on Storii is if staff initiate the message. Can this be changed so the families can message us first?

Hello, Semin! Thank you for your suggestion. The family members can start new conversations once a staff member has reached them for the first time. We have implemented this mechanism so your staff members' full lists is not exposed and also that family members do not overcontact different staff members without need. But we will consider your suggestion for future updates.
