[Forms] Add expandable sections to Forms

We would like to have section titles within forms, and make them collapsable (To be able to open and close in order to do less scrolling while filling in a form).

In the full entries table, we would like to have a column that shows us "changed" as in last changed and the date and time. It currently shows only created, and overwrites the column value when you modify it.
