We create Participant Badges with a QR code as well as additional information from their profile, such as Code Status, if they've signed the Photo Release as well as if they have allergies (all of which are either an Assessment that display on their Care Overview or a question we ask in their profile). Life would be GREAT if we could create a badge or even if I had the ability to create a Form that would pull that information from their profile.
