A few key improvements needed for this feature:
  • Messages frequently do not send and need to be retyped back out. This duplicates work flows and is not very user friendly.
  • The messaging portal often needs to be "refreshed" to load new messages and does not update in real time
  • If you already have a thread created with someone and forget or are unable to find it and create a new message, it does not locate the previous one created, but creates a second thread with them and you are unable to delete it
