Improve Messages Feature

A few key improvements needed for this feature:
- Messages frequently do not send and need to be retyped back out. This duplicates work flows and is not very user friendly.
- The messaging portal often needs to be "refreshed" to load new messages and does not update in real time
- If you already have a thread created with someone and forget or are unable to find it and create a new message, it does not locate the previous one created, but creates a second thread with them and you are unable to delete it

[Messages] Ability to add or remove staff from created threads

We have a Staff Notification message thread that we use to communicate important information. We have been growing as a company and onboarding new staff. Each time a new staff is onboarded we have to create an new message thread to have them added in. Resulting in confusion for our staff as they are not sure which thread to follow for important updates.

See who has "seen" a message.

It would be helpful to have the same "read by" feature that the staff notice board has within the messages. This way staff will know if a message has been read and just not replied to.

I'd love to have the option to add or remove staff from message threads that have already been created.
