In the Authorizations Plan, categorize the drop downs in alphabetical order for rates and billing plans. The Payers appear to already be listed in alphabetical order.

I would also request that every drop down and list be in alphabetical order. While you do have the excellent feature to begin typing and reduce the list, sometimes it is easier to use the drop down list but for it to appear in alphabetical order.
