Lock profile photo to care provider so that family cannot change it on Storii Family

At this time, it appears that the Family Portal access allows any profile picture to be changed from that side, which pushes through to the main, institution profile. This main profile picture is used for identification purposes onsite. If the family changes it to a landscape, family group picture, or historical photo we may not be able to quickly identify the participant onsite. Is there a way to allow customization of the profile picture on the Family Portal, but not allow it to push through updates to the institution side of StoriiCare?

Hi Danita! Thank you for the suggestion. We will consider this update but for right now, we would recommend that you go to the participant's media section and set the profile picture back to your original upload. You could also kindly communicate with the family members not to change the profile images since care staff use them as identifiers on the system.
