[Media] Improve Media: Apple Video (.Mov format) Compatible

I was doing Usability Testing today with an existing Connection with fairly decent tech experience. We were thrilled to see that the videos we uploaded, which I believe were .mov were working! However, we both found it impossible to navigate out of the movie on her app on her Iphone. There was no arrow to go to the right and the "X" did allow us to exit. I had to teach her a workaround, to close the app and reopen it. Could this be improved upon please?

Jolanda Cablay: Hi Jolanda - We have tested this on iPhones and can't seem to replicate it. When opening a video you can navigate back using the X button on the top left (you have to click the screen once for this to appear). Maybe a quick Zoom call could solve this if you are still experiencing the issue?
