Messaging portal continues to be glitchy- causing delays, data loss etc.

Often enough, messages are deleted once a staff member hits “send,” or when a message attempts to send but the button does not work. As a result, staff have to copy their message, refresh the page, then paste the message back in and try sending it again. These glitches happen consistently enough that they add extra time to workflows, and if staff forget to copy their message before hitting “send,” the message is lost when the glitch occurs.
