Currently, staff can still log in with a StoriiCare username and password even when their organization uses SSO (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID / Azure), and they can change their own StoriiCare password.

Organizations with SSO would like an admin setting to enforce SSO-only login, so staff can't sign in or reset passwords outside their identity provider. This would give them better control over account governance and make sure that when IT disables someone in identity provider, that person also loses access to StoriiCare.
