[Outcomes] Include Outcomes in Care Plan export

When viewing Care Plan summary/print view, Outcomes are listed as links (which don't work) but do not expand when printing. There is also no way (that I can find?) to export or print an outcome.

Hi Ben, thank you for raising this! We will work on expanding outcomes when printing - Outcomes will also soon have their own print section within the Exports feature.

Cameron Graham: Hi Cameron - I can see the export for care plans has been improved recently which is fantastic. However there is still not a way to export Outcomes unless I have missed it! Is there a timescale for this? Thank you :)
