Currently, the dashboard displays birthdays for all individuals, including prospects and disenrolled clients. However, this information is not necessary for our operations and can lead to unnecessary clutter on the dashboard. By removing the birthdays of non-enrolled individuals, we can streamline the dashboard and ensure that it only displays relevant information for our active clients.
This adjustment will help us maintain a more focused and efficient workflow, allowing us to better serve our enrolled clients. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to the implementation of this customization.

Thank you for your feedback — we really appreciate it. Based on our planned CRM improvements, you should no longer need to enter prospects into StoriiCare.
Also, disenrolled clients should be marked as inactive. That said, I agree we still need improvements around how inactive individuals’ data is displayed and how they can be filtered/exported. I’m keeping this on our radar and will update you as we release the CRM enhancements and the new filtering/export options for inactive individuals.
