Support ‘3rd Thursday of the month’ recurrence in Calendar

Would you please update the calendar to allow recurring events to be the 3rd Thurs of the month (rather than just monthly)? Our resident council and staff in-service are monthly, based on the week. Each month, I need to manually go in to change the date on the calendar b/c how it is currently set up doesn't let us choose the week and the day. Thank you for your assistance.

We have several recurring activities that take place monthly, but they are scheduled on patterns such as the “second Tuesday” of each month. Having more options for recurring scheduling would be very helpful, as selecting just “monthly” often auto-assigns the activity to the wrong day and causes scheduling issues.
