Hi Jacki! If you go to the 'Individual Notes' section > Click on the Settings wheel icon > scroll down the page - you'll see a Custom Categories section. You can now add your own categories to include specific practitioners that are relevant to your client base!

Also in our section 'Individual Notes' and the tab Phone calls would it be possible to add a box where we can tag in certain members of staff. Thank you. Jacki
