Currently the export CSV for vital signs for multiple vital signs over multiple months look like data entry. When looking at vital signs, I want to easily look at it and see trends. In order to do that, the layout needs to change. The dates should appear in the columns and the data for each vital sign should appear along the rows. This was allow an individual to easily identify changes in each vital sign (see image)
