This would enable users to setup a participant that needs to be billed for in one page.

Would be nice to be able to attach a pdf to the email. I send out a monthly letter and our activity and meal calendars with the invoice. Would be nice to include that with the email invoice.

Self-service options for payment of past invoices or reviewing past invoices for printing are limited and require the payer to contact the Center, creating additional workload for the accounting/collections department. There is no option as of today, for a centralized portal where a user can review all invoices paid or unpaid and manage their invoices.

Enable partial credit card/ACH payments by adding an option to enter a custom amount to be charged before sending the payment link

This update would ensure that invoices are still visible after a participant gets deactivated. If the business uses participant assignment, only staff members who have access to the participant will be able to view their invoices.
