Add a “Refresh Linked Properties” option when editing form entries so fields automatically update with the latest info from the member’s facesheet, instead of staying outdated when profile data changes.

Automatically send a copy of the form to the person who completed it

It would helpful for us if when sending an external form the recipient gets a copy of the form they completed. This would prevent us from having to download the form and send it through email or a message in the portal.

Drop down menus

I'd like to see the ability to click multiple different items within a drop down menu without it closing. Just to make it more efficient.

Override Submission Date with Encounter Date

We would like to request an enhancement to the current system to allow the submission date to be overridden with the encounter date. This change is necessary to improve the accuracy and relevance of our records.

Being able to create files under forms, so that you can purge old documents/data.
