Ability to Share Forms with Connections Through Storii Family

We have an ADL form that is completed daily and given to family caregivers. Right now this is printed off and provided at pick-up, but it would be great if we had a way of sharing this automatically through StoriiCare via email or through the Storii Family App.

Playlists created by the Center through the dashboard should be available for all participants

We would like the caregivers to utilize the playlists when the participant is getting anxious, angry...Music is a valuable tool

Ability for families to be able to track the clocked hours for the member & have the date range customizable

Lock profile photo to care provider so that family cannot change it on Storii Family

At this time, it appears that the Family Portal access allows any profile picture to be changed from that side, which pushes through to the main, institution profile. This main profile picture is used for identification purposes onsite. If the family changes it to a landscape, family group picture, or historical photo we may not be able to quickly identify the participant onsite. Is there a way to allow customization of the profile picture on the Family Portal, but not allow it to push through updates to the institution side of StoriiCare?
